With 38 years of experience in sympathetic antique furniture restoration, I specialise in marquetry repair, wood turning, and inlay/veneer restoration.  I also provide traditional french polishing on all types of furniture. I am happy to undertake insurance work, whilst recognising that some furniture has a sentimental rather than a purely financial value.

Good furniture requires and deserves the right care, and your furniture will be restored using period woods, veneers and construction methods suitable for its era.

My workshop is in Newtown St Boswells, Melrose, Scottish Borders; but I also cover Edinburgh and the Lothians.
